Billing Policy:

  • Subscription prices are listed on our website and may change. Prices are in dollar and exclude taxes.
  • Payments can be made via card only. By purchasing, you agree to pay the plan price plus applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be notified days before renewal.
  • Billing occurs on a Daily/Weekly/Annual basis, at the time of purchase and at the start of each new cycle.

REFUND POLICY:

Our services are made to make you happy , but, if you have any trouble with our services we back that up with our refund policies.

POLICIES WE DON’T REFUND COMPLETELY :

  • Refunds are not issued if there is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our trial period.
  • Refunds will not be granted for requests made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
  • Certain items, such as custom services, digital downloads, or other specified non-refundable items, are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a subscription is canceled mid-cycle, access continues until the billing period ends, but refunds for unused time within that period are not available.
  • Purchases made through third-party providers may not be eligible for refunds directly from us and must be addressed with the provider.

POLICIES WE REFUND COMPLETELY :

  • First-time customers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if unsatisfied, provided they follow our terms of service.
  • A full refund may be granted if unresolved technical issues prevent basic functionality and support cannot fix them promptly.
  • If reported immediately, mistaken purchases may be eligible for a full refund.
